The Journey

Prayer For Loving Kindness was written and recorded during the first of a 3-year deep healing journey unwinding from depression and oppression concurrently, into the light of self-knowing and community restoration. PFLK is a collection of 8 transformational songs that chart a path through that journey - out of apathy, separation, isolation and racism towards lighting your own spark and contributing to the healing of our planet and her people.

The Great Mystery, Amy's second solo album, was a mystical revealing - each song channeled in different healing environments. Each song received as a gift of instructions for Amy and anyone who would hear - ways to stay on the path when it gets rough, ways to explore faith in humanity, in the divine - whatever that may be.

And finally, Amy's latest project is the 50@50.  The release of a song a week for a year as a commitment made on Amy's 50th birthday. She wanted to share what was coming through her in real time, in the hopes that it might help her and others along the way. The 50@50, completed November 13, 2023, is literally 50 songs - most received, all recorded and released between 11-13-22 and 11-13-23. There are moments of deep joy, moments of surreal awareness, moments of trust like Amy has never felt before. And of course, moments where she needed to remember something in order to keep her footing on the path of life.

Currently all 50@50 songs are available on Spotify. We will be making them available here as we can. Reach out! Let us know how these songs are impacting you! Sign up on the mailing list to see what is coming next. Sending you love.
