The Great Mystery was a mystical revealing - each song channeled in different healing environments. Each song received as a gift of instructions for Amy and anyone who would hear - ways to stay on the path when it gets rough, ways to explore faith in humanity, in the divine - whatever that may be, and ways to choose to leap into the mystery instead of staying stuck.

Prayer for Loving Kindness was written and recorded during the first of a 3 year deep healing journey through depression and oppression into the light of self-knowing and community healing. It starts with the first song I "channeled" into being - a declaration of my life's work.

A song a week for a year

In 2023, before creating After the Rainbow and bringing it to Edinburgh, I released a new song every week for a year. It was a practice of devotion & trust, to step fully onto a path I call unfolding the way by walking it: letting my mind and heart open, releasing old conditioning, and moving into a life of presence and purpose. I continue to walk one song and one step at a time. Walk with me!
